Shipping & Returns Policy

 

RETURNS.

 

Thank you for purchasing our products via www.ashleyhindswhdb.com operated by WHDB LTD. You may return only faulty items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. Items must be returned to us in the original condition. Our warehouse staff will check the items. If we feel any of the items returned are not in the original condition, you will not be granted a refund and you will be contacted regarding your returns. WHDB LTD will not be responsible for refunding any original postage costs, nor any postage costs incurred when returning items unless you are returning a faulty item.

 

If we have issued you an exchange, please allow 3-5 working days for the new item to be sent to you. When returning items, we recommend you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). Please send your returns/exchanges to: WHDB LTD, 19/21, Hatchett Street, Hockley, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B19 3NX.

SHIPPING

Our products are solely shipped to the UK. All packages will be sent via Royal Mail Delivery. All orders will be delivered to the customer in 3-5 working days. We do not ship on Bank Holidays. For customers located outside of the UK, you can email the team via info@ashleyhindswhdb.com and someone will be in contact, regarding your location and will provide individual pricing.

 

For orders outside of the UK, any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order, will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs. Delivery costs are based on the weight of the products you are purchasing. These prices have been included into the cost price of each item. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), however, should this be the case, we will aim to inform you, as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us regarding your order. In the event that you are not available for your delivery, it will either be posted through your letterbox or the courier will notify you of the delivery attempt and inform you of how to rearrange delivery or collection of the product(s).
